The consultation happens over Zoom. Nothing is scripted, but most sessions naturally follow this flow.

Clarify What's Happening And Why What You've Tried So Far Hasn't Worked: 

We'll explore why you've booked, what feels hardest right now, and the emotional cost of living in this cycle. Most women have never had the space to fully describe what they're carrying. 

STEP 2: 02/04

Map Your Pattern

Together we'll identify your unique cycle around food, emotions, body image and self-criticism. This often becomes the first major breakthrough because the problem finally starts making sense.

STEP 3: 03/04

Find The Root Drivers

We'll look beneath behaviour to understand what food has been helping you manage. This may include overwhelm, loneliness, anxiety, pressure, body shame, emotional avoidance or nervous system dysregulation.

STEP 4: 04/04

Experience & Roadmap

You'll be guided through somatic practices and leave with a personalised roadmap highlighting the most important areas to focus on moving forward.
